Initial Production Check
Conducted at the earliest stage of manufacturing to establish a strong foundation for consistent product quality.
This assessment focuses on verifying raw materials, components, and production readiness, ensuring they meet the required specifications, quality standards, and sourcing requirements. We also inspect the first production units (sample) to identify any deviations before mass production begins, allowing corrective actions to be implemented early and minimizing the risk of costly defects, delays, or rework later in the manufacturing process.

Production Inspection
Our During Production Inspection is conducted once mass production is underway, providing an opportunity to identify and resolve issues before they impact the final shipment.
Typically performed when approximately 20–50% of production has been completed, this inspection verifies that previously identified issues have been effectively addressed while evaluating product quality, workmanship, production consistency, and compliance with approved specifications. By assessing products directly on the production line, we can detect potential quality concerns early, enabling timely corrective actions and reducing the risk of widespread defects, production delays, and costly rework.
Inline Inspection
Our Production Quality Check provides buyers with an additional layer of quality assurance while manufacturing is still in progress.
By inspecting unfinished products during production, we verify that workmanship, materials, dimensions, and overall product quality remain consistent with approved standards and AQL requirements. Early detection of potential issues allows corrective actions to be implemented before production is completed, helping reduce quality risks, minimize rework, and improve the consistency of the final shipment.
Final Random Inspection
FRI is not as simply as “checking finished products”, but as a final on-site verification before shipment. Final Random Inspection is the last opportunity to verify that the furniture leaving the factory meets the buyer’s expectations before it enters the container and begins its journey to the customer.
A typical inspection outcome can be classified as PASS, FAIL, or PENDING CORRECTION, depending on the number and severity of defects found against the agreed inspection criteria and AQL level.
Instead of checking every single piece, the inspector selects products randomly from the finished production lot based on an agreed sampling plan, commonly using AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards.
During the inspection, several key aspects are verified:
1. Quantity — PO vs actual quantity
2. Appearance — Surface, finishing & workmanship
3. Dimensions — Specification & tolerance
4. Function — Doors, drawers, mechanisms & stability
5. Material — Wood, aluminum, rattan, fabric & hardware
6. Packaging — Protection, labels & shipping marks
7. Loading Readiness — Packing & loading readiness
Loading Check Inspection
Control of container quantity and stuffing arrangement. Through INDOSE container loading check, we ensure the loading process begin with proper planning based on the sizes, shapes and quantitiesof the packed furniture.
Larger and heavier packages are positioned to create a stable based, while the remaining cartons are arranged to utilise the container space efficiently.
